Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@klymar3d.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Do not send items back without requesting a return first.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For damaged or defective items, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or provide a replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please start a return and place a new order once the original return is approved.
