Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom designs or large orders may require 3–5 business days to complete.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we’ll contact you by email right away.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping (USPS First Class or Ground): 3–7 business days
- Priority shipping (USPS Priority Mail or UPS): 2–4 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Klymar 3D Solutions is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and email us with photos of the package and item at support@klymar3d.com.
