Refund & Return Policy

At Klymar 3D Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each item is carefully designed and inspected before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@klymar3d.com. We’ll provide instructions for mailing your item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our brackets and mounts are made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for custom designs or modified parts unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or provide a refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or version? Contact us to request an exchange. In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the original item before sending a replacement.
